Refund & Return Policy
At The Roost Homestead, many of our products are made to order and created specifically for each customer once an order is placed. Because of this, we do not accept general returns or exchanges for items ordered in the wrong size, change-of-mind purchases, or buyer’s remorse.
Please review sizing charts and product details carefully before placing your order.
Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if your item is defective, damaged, or if you receiveduu the wrong item. We’ll gladly work to make it right.
To report an issue, please email hello@theroosthomestead.com within 14 days of receiving your order and include:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Clear photos of the item and packaging
If your claim is approved, we’ll arrange for a replacement or refund when applicable.
Non-Returnable Items
Because many of our items are made to order, we generally cannot accept returns for:
- Incorrect size selection
- Buyer’s remorse
- Custom or personalized items
- Sale items
- Gift cards
Refunds
If a refund is approved, it will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow time for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund after it has been issued.
