When can I expect to receive my item?
Every piece from The Roost Homestead is made just for you — nothing sits on a shelf waiting to be bought. Because each item is printed and produced to order, please allow a little extra time before it ships. We'd rather take the time to get it right than rush something generic.
Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number by email so you can follow it home.
(Estimated production time: 2-4 business days, plus 4-6 business days shipping).
What materials are used for apparel?
We prioritize quality materials across our collection — our adult and youth tees are 100% cotton. For items like hoodies and sweatshirts, we also weigh fit and feel alongside fabric, so those may include cotton blends. Exact material details are listed on each individual product page — just check the description before you order if you want to confirm the specific blend.
Can I return/exchange my order?
Because every item is made just for you, we're unable to accept returns or exchanges for reasons like incorrect size or change of mind. We know that's different from shopping off a shelf — that's the trade-off of made-to-order goods. Please double-check sizing charts and product details carefully before ordering.
That said, we do want you to love the print or embroidery on your piece. If something arrives damaged, defective, or with a printing/embroidery issue, check our return policy and reach out — we'll make it right.
Is The Roost a real homestead?
Yes — this isn't a brand built around a trend. The Roost Homestead is run by an actual homeschooling, homesteading family. Every design comes from real life here: the animals, the chores, the chaos, and the humor that comes with it. We're a small, mother-daughter operation, and we design each piece to reflect the homestead life we actually live, not a generic "farmhouse" aesthetic.
